What you give us: your name, work email, company, the messages you send your employees, and the materials you share so work can be done. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. The portal records basic usage such as sign-ins. Credentials you grant live in an encrypted store and are used only to deliver your work.
Delivering the service, running your employees, billing, support, and service messages. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
Your materials are processed with AI systems to produce your work, under commercial terms with our providers. Your data is not used to train public AI models.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited and where visitors come from. It sets analytics cookies in your browser; you can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site works the same. The customer portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing else.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Tenfold, such as payments, email, hosting, and analytics, under their own confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
We keep your data while your account is active. Ask us to delete it and we will, except what the law requires us to keep.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form.
Traffic is encrypted, access is least-privilege, and credentials live in a secured vault you can revoke at any time. No method is perfect; if you spot a concern, tell us through the contact form.
The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.
