Terms of Service

Plain language, on purpose. Last updated August 14, 2026.

1. Who we are

Tenfold (bytenfold.com) provides AI employees: subscription services that deliver finished work for your business through a private channel and a customer portal. By hiring an employee or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Each employee's role is described on its page. Work is delivered to you for review, and you decide what gets used, sent, or published. Employees improve over time; how a role works may evolve as the service does.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in links private and your details accurate. If you add teammates to your channel or portal, you are responsible for their use of the service.

4. Fees and billing

Prices are shown at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, in your channel or portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. Introductory first-outcome offers are credited as described where you buy them.

5. Refunds

If a first outcome is not worth what you paid, say so in your channel and we will make it right, up to and including a refund.

6. Your content and your work

Everything you give us stays yours. The finished work we deliver is yours once it is paid for. You grant us only the rights needed to do the work you hired us for.

7. Access you grant

Some employees need access to your systems. Grants are the smallest that do the job, are used only to deliver your work, are stored in a secured vault and never shown in chat, and can be revoked by you at any time in your portal.

8. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful business purposes. Do not use it, or the work it produces, for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive, and do not resell or reverse engineer the service itself. We may decline work that is illegal or harmful.

9. AI-produced work

Work is produced by AI systems under quality controls, and you review it before it is used. You are responsible for how you use delivered work. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, replies, or revenue.

10. Our property

The site, the service, and our materials remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, to the maximum extent the law allows.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Ending things

You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or end service for breach of these terms. On request when you leave, we delete the materials you gave us.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change matters, we will tell you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute. But talk to us first: most things are fixable in a message. Reach us through the contact form.
